    At Sleepingsoul, we believe in providing our customers with products that bring comfort and relaxation. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your order, and we want to make the process as easy as possible.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • In case of damage during shipping, please keep all packaging materials for the carrier’s inspection.

    • Items that are sale or clearance marked, or any personalized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
    • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

    • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
